Yes we are having a show in 2021
It might be a little different due to the covid restrictions and the uncertainty of what restrictions may be in place , making it very hard to plan. It will be a low key show, but lets all have the most fun we can!. There will be fireworks! there will be the sideshow! The pavilion competitions will be hotly contested, and we are launching our first online pet photo competition.
Do you have an angry cat or a happy dog? If so, get the camera out and start clicking. What about an ugly pet, or one that looks like its owner ? hopefully thats not the same photo, but if it is, enter it twice, they're both categories this year. The Sideshow must go on! Thanks to the showmens Guild, Manilla Show will be host to the sideshow, with all the usual rides and fun, on Saturday 13th March.
Saturday evening 13th March, the ProTen Fireworks display will be brought to Manilla by Ryan Mason Fireworks for the 2021 Manilla Show. Watch it from your car from any vantage point around town !
Important News about this years show
Due to Covid restrictions, the committee decided to plan our show as competitors only at this stage and use our website for online competitions where possible and when we know more of what restrictions we may be facing we would then open the show up to the public if restrictions permitted.
At this stage we feel the pavilion section can go ahead with the possibility of restricted numbers allowed to walk around the pavilion to view the exhibits under covid rules. A video of the pavilion could also be placed online for people to view.
This year we have an online pet photograph competition.
We hope that we will again be support by the community with entries.
